Hindustan Antibiotics Limited (HAL) is the first drug manufacturing company to be set up in the public sector by Government of India with active co-operation of WHO and UNICEF. Set up on 10th March, 1954, HAL is the first drug manufacturing unit in India to undertake commercial production of antibiotics like Penicillin, Streptomycin, Gentamicin, Ampicillin & Amoxycillin etc. HAL has diversified in formulation activity and has facility to manufacture various dosage forms – injectables, capsules, tablets, large volume parentrals, liquid orals, etc.
Application Are Invited For The Following position:
1. Deputy General Manager (Prod)
Pay Scale: Rs. 17500-400-22300.
Max. Age Limit: 50 years.
Qualification & Experience:
He should be Graduate / Post graduate in Pharmacy / Chemical Engineering / Bio- Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology. He should have total experience of 15 years out of which 5 years should be in a senior managerial position in manufacturing in Pharmaceutical Industry. He should be thoroughly conversant with Food & Drugs Administration Act, Factory Management, Project Engineering and WHO/ GMP requirements.
2. Manager (Electrical)
Pay Scale: Rs. 16,000-400-20,800 / Deputy Manager (Electrical) Rs. 14,500-350-18700.
Age: 40 to 50 years.
Specifications:
Candidate should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering followed by at least 12 years experience in Maintenance / Project Management in a Chemical / Pharmaceutical Industry of repute. Should be holding a senior responsible position for the last 3 years and be
conversant with relevant statutory regulations. Candidate having additional experience of Instrumentation Systems, PLC etc., will be preferred. Candidate shall be required to take overall charge of the maintenance of electrical installations of the factory and township and will be accountable for the uninterrupted running of process plants, formulation units, utilities, electrical substations and review/implementation of energy conservation measures. He will be required to handle HT sub-stations upto 20 MVA and downstream High Tension, Medium Tension and Low Tension distribution system. Should be well conversant with Indian Electricity Rules.
3. Management Trainee (Computer Science)
Age limit: 25 years on 01.04.2010.
Qualification:
Candidate should be B.E., MCA, MCS. The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training for one year. He will be paid consolidated stipend of Rupees Ten Thousand per month along with other facilities. Hostel facilities for non-residential candidates will be provided.
