Youngster shot dead outside Delhi university, stalker suspected


In a stunning episode, a second year Delhi University learner was shot dead close to her school in an elegant range of south Delhi Tuesday morning. Police express the aggressor might be a 'stalker'.

Radhika Tanwar, 20, an occupant of Naraina dominion in west Delhi, was a scholar of Ram Lal Anand College, placed in Shantiniketan.
